Approve Carol
For IT admins. Your organization approves Carol once, and Microsoft then lets your people use her.
Signing in
Lets your people sign in to Carol with their Microsoft 365 accounts. Carol uses each person's name and email address, nothing else.
Approve signing inCarol's own account
For when you give Carol a Microsoft 365 account of her own. Signed in as that account, she opens the files and folders people share with her, reads her mailbox, chats in Teams, looks people up and posts approvals in Teams. People can also let her check that they can open a file before she uses it for them.
Approve Carol's accountYou need to be a Global, Application or Cloud Application Administrator. Microsoft lists every permission before you accept.
